Useful Information Regarding Stock, Item, and Net numbers

All products that we sell at are assigned one of the three following numbers:

1.Stock numbers

2.Item numbers

3.Net numbers

Stock numbers indicate the item is usually in stock and ready to ship. Item numbers indicate the item will take time to ship and shipment time can vary. Net numbers indicate nets that we make. The net may be in stock, or we may have to make it. If we do have to make it, it will just be a matter of scheduling it. If you order a variety of stock and non-stock items, you may choose to do a partial shipment to receive stock items without waiting on non-stock to be built. Please keep in mind that during certain time of the year, even stock items may sometimes be depleted.
However, over 90% of stock only orders ship within 24 hours.  

Beware With Whom You do Business

Unfortunately a few unscrupulous on-line order houses have given a bad reputation to the on-line order business. There always seems to be someone out there trying to make some easy money. We understand any reluctance you may have in doing business with an on-line order house. However, due the size of the industry, on-line or mail order are the only way a lot of people can shop and it's about the only way a net company can survive. Let me say here, that I know of no net company that is in the scam business. However, is not only a member of the Better Business Bureau, I (Benny Champlin) served as a board member to the local bureau from 1992 to 1997. Here at , we are committed to handling all our business in an honest, fair, responsible and ethical manner.

Our Guarantee

All our nets and supplies are guaranteed to be as described in both quality of material and workmanship. Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If there is a defect or error contact us at once (within 2 weeks) so that correction or refund can be made. Nets and supplies which have been treated, altered, or used by the customer are not returnable. Custom made products are not returnable. There is a 15% restocking charge on all returned merchandise after 30 days. Non stock items are not returnable.

In addition to the people that you come in contact with there are over 50 other people associated with that you never see, or hear about. With our manufacturing plant we have over 200,000 square feet of production and warehouse space in Jonesville, Louisiana. At this plant, we have been producing our own best selling Super Brand and Fisherman's Choice twine since 1989. To the best of our knowledge, our manufacturing plant has the largest capacity in the United States for the production of twine, floats, netting, and fiberglass hoops.
